Jerry
Pechauer owns his own forest and hand picks all of the woods he uses
for his cues and dries all of his woods in his own kiln to ensure
quality throughout the construction of each cue. The
joint pins, collars, brass inserts, ferrules, weight bolts, butt
plate and inlays are all crafted in house. Pechauer cues are
produced in smaller quantities, therefore creating a higher demand
and increasing the value. Exotic
materials are used in making the cues, which increases the value.

Warranty
Against Manufacturer Defects and Warpage:
| J. Pechauer Custom
Cues warrants its pool cues purchased after January 1st, 2006 from
an authorized J. Pechauer Custom Cues dealer to be free from
manufacturer defect in materials/workmanship and warpage for the
lifetime of the cue. J. Pechauer Custom Cues will repair or
replace the cue at no charge to the consumer (excluding shipping and
handling) under the following conditions:
1. This warranty is extended exclusively
to the original owner of the cue and is not transferable.
2. J. Pechauer Custom Cues does
not extend warranty coverage as a result of abuse, improper storage,
alteration, or mishandling of the cue.
3. The customer must call in
advance of shipping the pool cue for a return authorization number.
4. A copy of the original sales
receipt from an authorized J. Pechauer Custom Cues dealer must be
returned with the entire cue. A note with contact information
should also be included.
5. This warranty does not cover
standard wear and tear items such as tips, wraps and finish. |
