The Billiard Warehouse was founded in 1998 by Greg and Annette — two people with a deep love for the game of pool and a simple idea: build a billiard business that actually cares about its customers.

Greg came to the business as an avid tournament pool player. After years of competing and developing a serious obsession with cues and equipment, he came to a honest realization — the talent to go pro wasn't there, but the passion and knowledge absolutely were. So rather than walk away from the game, he channeled everything into building one of the finest online billiard stores in the country.

That was 1998. Twenty-seven years later, The Billiard Warehouse is still going strong — still run by the same two people, still answering the phone, and still treating every customer like a person rather than an order number.
